Does AI analytics run in the cloud or on site?
Both are possible. Most of the systems we deliver run AI at the edge, on the camera itself, which reduces bandwidth, keeps data on site and gives the fastest alerts. Server and cloud analytics are used where more processing or cross site search is needed.
Can AI be added to an existing CCTV system?
In many cases, yes. Recent IP cameras can run analytics applications, and older cameras can be connected to server based AI analytics. We audit your system and recommend the most cost effective route.
