Astaa Technologies ("Astaa", "we", "us") is an ELV, security and network infrastructure company with its head office at 232-Y Block, 2nd Floor, DHA Phase III, Lahore, Pakistan, and offices in Karachi, Islamabad, Dubai (UAE), Oakville and Surrey (Canada). Information you give us: when you complete our contact form, email or call us, we collect details such as your name, company, job role, email address, phone number, project location and the information you share about your project.
Information collected automatically: our website uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to remember your cookie choices. If you accept optional cookies, we may also collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location to improve the site.
Information from business contacts: we may receive contact details from partners, distributors or referrals when you have asked to be introduced to us.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client and project records for the life of the relationship plus any period required for warranty, legal, tax or accounting purposes.
