What is the difference between conventional and addressable fire alarms?
Conventional systems report alarms by zone, so responders must search the area. Addressable systems identify each individual detector or call point, which speeds up response and makes maintenance easier. Most commercial projects today use addressable systems.
Can the fire alarm unlock doors automatically?
